Shisui's death

Just as Shisui Uchiha was about to say something more, Qiu Shan Uchiha suddenly raised his head and looked in the direction Shisui had come from.

In the original story, Shimura Danzō had been the one to manipulate Uchiha Itachi and give him the mission to wipe out the Uchiha Clan. The arm full of Sharingan that Shimura Danzō later possessed made it clear just how much he had gained from the clan's extermination.
