The dragon flying at the forefront was King Ghidorah, her golden scales dazzling in the sky. As she reached the air above Harlon Castle, all three of her heads rose, and six molten-gold eyes fixed on the castle below.

She was the largest of them, with a wingspan exceeding a hundred and eighty meters, and the shadow she cast could cover all of Harrenhal.

As she abruptly hovered in place, the gale stirred by her wings sent the banners on the walls snapping wildly and forced the soldiers to stagger backward.

Then King Ghidorah's middle head unleashed a deafening roar. Its sound swept over the walls like an invisible tidal wave, knocking those soldiers flat.

The heads on either side spewed red and blue dragonfire at Harrenhal's two relatively intact towers. The acrid smell of burning quickly filled the air.

Blackflame soon arrived as well, its jet-black scales as dark as night, its blood-red eyes seeming to burn with fierce flames.

Though its body was slightly smaller than King Ghidorah's, its oppressive presence was no weaker.

Meleys flew to King Ghidorah's right, her deep-red scales gleaming like blood in the sunlight.

Rhaenys sat upright on her back, her long black hair streaming in the wind. Dark Sister hung at her waist, and her violet eyes were utterly calm.

Acmot carried Daenerys into position behind King Ghidorah. On the black dragon's back, Daenerys clutched the saddle tightly.

The wind had tousled her long silver hair, and nervousness still lingered in her violet eyes, though it was now outweighed by the excitement of entering battle for the first time.

Balerion, Vhagar, Meraxes, Syrax, Caraxes, Vermithor, Vermax, Viserion, and Meleagor were there too. Thirteen dragons in all circled above the castle under King Ghidorah's lead.
