Dicos kicked at Frieza, but Frieza twisted aside and caught his ankle, ready to swing him around.
Dicos reacted quickly, driving his other foot into Frieza's neck and sending him flying backward.
Pressing his advantage, Dicos flashed behind Frieza.
Frieza turned his head, aimed a palm at Dicos, and blasted an energy wave straight into his face.
Frieza quickly retreated, then unleashed Prince's Tactics, forming energy blasts in his hands and hurling them at Dicos without pause.
"Ah, da-da-da!" "Ah, da-da-da!"
Three minutes later, Frieza stopped attacking. Panting heavily, he laughed. "Hahaha! You little brat, your power may be close to mine, but your combat experience is far too shallow. You're twenty years too early to defeat me!"
"Oh, really?" Dicos's voice came from within the smoke.
"Impossible! Absolutely impossible! Brat, you took an energy blast from me at point-blank range, followed by all those other attacks! How could you possibly be fine?" Frieza shouted.
The smoke cleared, revealing Dicos in tattered clothes. Apart from that, he had a small scrape on his forehead. Clearly, he had suffered only superficial injuries.
"Nothing is impossible," Dicos said. "I may be young, but I train with my father all the time. My combat experience isn't lacking. So, my dear King Frieza, I'm afraid I've disappointed you."
"Damn you, you blasted Saiyan monkey! You're just as annoying as your father," Frieza said.
"Hahaha! It's an honor to be hated by King Frieza," Dicos laughed.
"You little brat, die! Take my Supernova Strike!" Frieza roared.
Frieza held both hands at his waist, enveloped himself in black energy, and charged at Dicos with lightning speed.
Seeing this, Dicos extended his arms upward at a forty-five-degree angle and gathered energy. Then he crossed them horizontally and vertically in front of his chest, growling, "Divine Holy Judgment!"
