Son Goku nodded at that. Naturally, he knew as much.
After a brief silence, Son Goku said, "Rather than wait for him to carry out his schemes, why don't we take the initiative?"
Beerus said, "Didn't I just tell you? Whis and I can't intervene whenever we please."
Son Goku smiled. "I'm not asking Lord Beerus to act directly. We can set a trap and make Zamasu reveal his plans himself, then catch him in the act. That way, we won't be violating divine law."
Beerus smiled at that. "I never expected you to be so devious, Son Goku. But I like it."
Then he turned to this world's Son Goku. "You idiot, take a look at the Son Goku from the other world. Stop being so single-minded, always looking for fights and stirring up trouble for me."
This world's Son Goku scratched his head and gave a sheepish smile.
Beerus covered his face. He knew that if this world's Son Goku could change his personality so easily, he wouldn't be Son Goku.
Still, that innocence had its advantages. It made him easy to get along with.
Whis asked Son Goku, "How do you plan to make Zamasu reveal his plans?"
Son Goku smiled. "Doesn't Zamasu despise mortals? Then let's have a mortal defeat him. Once he's beaten by a mortal he considers an ant, will he still be able to hold himself back?"
Beerus nodded. "Of course not. He'll put his plan into action ahead of schedule. I'll have Whis watch him the whole time, and all his schemes will be exposed. An excellent plan."
"Exactly, Lord Beerus. You only need to have Whis keep an eye on Lord Gowasu. Zamasu's
