At the border, Dantai Yunheng identified Xiao Yu among ten masked decoys and carried him off toward Southern Zhao for their wedding. As they rode through the peach-blossom-filled city, Dantai Yunheng said he could not wait to marry him.

• Su Xun and Emperor Jing of Jin challenged Dantai Yunheng to find Xiao Yu among ten masked men.
• Dantai Yunheng chose the seventh man, who revealed an unfamiliar face before speaking in Xiao Yu’s voice and restoring his appearance.
• Dantai Yunheng explained that he recognized Xiao Yu by his scent.
• Dantai Yunheng carried Xiao Yu to his horse and rode ahead toward the wedding, while their companions hurried after them.

Xiao Yu met Tan Tai Heng, who had returned to his original form and forgotten their time together, while bathing on Spirit Mountain. The story ended with Xiao Yu unconsciously clinging to Tan Tai Heng and Tan Tai Heng deciding to take him with him.

• Xiao Yu, sleepless and missing A-Heng, touched the Azure Dragon’s head in the pool and accepted his invitation to pet him.
• The Azure Dragon, who was Tan Tai Heng, transformed into a man, covered the sleeping Xiao Yu with clothes, and lifted him from the pool.
• Little Seven warned Tan Tai Heng that he had triggered Spirit Mountain’s protective formation and urged him to put Xiao Yu down, but Tan Tai Heng refused.
• Immortal Venerable Yuheng appeared and confronted Tan Tai Heng, insisting that Xiao Yu was his disciple.
• Tan Tai Heng asked the sleeping Xiao Yu to come with him, and Xiao Yu wrapped his arms around him; Tan Tai Heng then declared that he would take him away.

Emperor Xuan of Jin granted Empress Dowager Cui permission to leave the palace and live freely, while Yun Cheng struggled to manage Southern Zhao in his elder brother’s absence. Xiao Yu and Dantai Yunheng continued their honeymoon in Jiangnan, deciding to travel wherever they could be together.
