A sinister look flashed through Bo Lin's eyes.
It was the man he had seen outside Imperial University. His name was Shu Yao.
The man seemed dazed, kneeling on the floor and letting out nothing but low groans.
Bo Lin looked up at Hua Jian and saw him tugging at his collar, his eyes half closed and his expression strained.
He immediately stepped over Shu Yao and walked toward Hua Jian.
"Hua Jian, it's me, Bo Lin. You're safe now."
Bo Lin's voice was soothing, and Hua Jian forced his eyes open.
Unlike the dim yellow lighting elsewhere, the light outside the Rest Lounge was a brilliant porcelain white.
Bo Lin looked concerned, with a trace of anger lingering on his stern face.
Once Hua Jian saw that it really was him, he immediately relaxed.
Under Hua Jian's gaze, Bo Lin's heart caught.
Hua Jian's face was flushed, his expression irritable, and his eyes unfocused, as though he had no strength left. Something was wrong with him.
"What did you eat?" Bo Lin pressed his lips together and draped Hua Jian's arm over his shoulders. "Don't be afraid. I'll take you to the hospital."
Hua Jian mumbled, "It smelled so awful just now, I almost threw up. Thank goodness you smell nice, Bo Lin."
He had long since forgotten that men ought to keep their distance from other men. He leaned toward Bo Lin's neck and couldn't help taking a deep breath.
Bo Lin's Adam's apple bobbed repeatedly, and the skin where Hua Jian's breath brushed him instantly flushed red.
He coaxed him in a hoarse voice. "Then breathe in as much as you like. We're good friends. It's fine, I don't mind."
Hua Jian sighed contentedly. "You're so good to me, Bo Lin."
The moment Shu Yao heard Bo
