"Hm? Sakura and the others are here?"
Tsunade watched the four gather and discuss their plans. She showed no reaction and simply listened in silence.
Only after they finished and left did she nod in satisfaction.
Clearly, Tsunade approved of their proposal. Their decision was sound; joining the free-for-all here would have been complicated indeed.
Ninja used all sorts of bizarre ninjutsu. One careless move could leave them blindsided. Even if Sakura could treat their injuries, it would still be troublesome, especially if they developed an infection or suffered damage to their muscles and bones.
Playing it safe mattered most. Intelligence came first; without it, they should not act.
With everyone brawling before them, they had two options. One was to throw Explosive Tags and deal area damage. The other was to leave and ambush them at night, once they split up to rest.

Tsunade considered it. If things really turned out that way, with the Old Man's temperament, he would probably pay another enormous sum to keep those villages from making a fuss. Even a gambler like her would wince at the expense!
He might even cede some land or hand over key business interests as compensation.
So Tsunade saw nothing wrong with their decision. They only needed to leave and rest first, then find the right opportunity to launch an ambush at night.
"Not bad. They
