Everyone was startled to hear it.
Elder Genshi asked warily, "Why would you suddenly ask about that?"
Uchiha Sora smiled faintly. "I'll be honest with you. Their targets are the tailed beasts. Kirigakure has two jinchūriki, those of the Three-Tails and the Six-Tails. From the look of things, your measures to protect the Six-Tails Jinchuriki seem quite effective."

"I have a solution," Uchiha Sora suddenly said as he looked at everyone.

"An alliance? You mean having the Five Great Shinobi Villages join forces to hunt them down?" Elder Genshi frowned deeply. "Perhaps you're oversimplifying things.
