Yui propped herself up with trembling hands, her gaze vacant and a faint blush still lingering on her cheeks.
She glanced at Nai Hyuga, who was sleeping soundly with a hint of a smile, and felt a wave of helplessness.
"Ugh..."
After straightening her disheveled clothes, she wiped away the few crimson stains on the floor.
"It hurts. It really hurts!"
Thinking back on everything that had happened yesterday, Yui still felt as though it had all been unreal.
And that was way too rough!
She shook her head slightly and steadied herself, stopping her thoughts from wandering in that direction.
She was in no mood to rest anymore. Taking a deep breath, she picked up the Cylindrical Object that had fallen onto the floor.
"Is this the Sword Technique Rengo mentioned?"
She slowly opened the lid of the Cylindrical Object, then tipped out a palm-sized sheet of Vellum.
Yui was immediately stunned by the writing on it.
"I never thought so much writing could fit onto a palm-sized sheet of Vellum!"
Looking closer, she thought anyone with trypophobia would probably go mad at the sight.
"But is this really a Sword Technique?"
That old man Rengo wouldn't have tricked me, would he?
She sighed softly, then focused her gaze on the tiny letters.
Suddenly, a wave of dizziness washed over her. The next instant, before her disbelieving eyes, the tiny letters began to move, each holding a blade and swinging it continuously in an orderly pattern.
"Th-this..." Yui jumped in fright and hurriedly covered the sheet with her other hand.
What did I just see?
Looking somewhat bewildered, Yui lifted her hand again and looked at the Vellum she held. The letters on it were still swinging their long blades.
"Is this... genjutsu?"
She activated her
