"Whew!" Yui took several deep breaths. All she could do now was hope her Shadow Clone would send back some good news.

She looked up ahead, the endless void leaving her somewhat restless. If she found nothing here and her Shadow Clone had no good news either, she would probably return empty-handed again. Though that would not necessarily mean anything, it would still be dispiriting.

In a silent place, Yui's Shadow Clone opened her heavy eyelids. But the sight that greeted her made her freeze for a moment. Darkness filled her vision; if she had not distinctly felt the pull of gravity, she would have thought she was still in the Black Mist Space.

"I can clearly feel my body's weight. The Black Mist Vortex must have transported me into some other space," she murmured.

She closed her eyes and sensed her surroundings, but heard no sound at all. This place was quiet-unnaturally quiet.

Realizing this, she activated her Byakugan, the chakra pathways around her eyes bulging as she opened them. In an instant, a white glow replaced the darkness, laying her surroundings bare.

Yet what she saw made her expression briefly turn stunned, and she instinctively stepped back. With that movement, however, a taut sensation immediately spread throughout her body, especially around her thighs, waist, and abdomen, as though someone had bound her tightly with ropes.

"Ugh! This is..." Yui let out a soft cry. Feeling the strange sensation spread through her body, she immediately stopped moving and steadied herself.

Everything in her field of vision struck her as strange. Countless white threads packed the visible space. The sight had startled Yui the instant she regained her vision.
