It was Die's first time experiencing something like this, and her cheeks grew increasingly bashful and flushed.

Then, as Chen Mo's hand slowly roamed around her waist, a soft moan escaped her throat.

"Die wanted to see how well my injuries had recovered. I was just about to untie my robe and show her when Your Majesty arrived."

Die immediately lowered her head and gave a soft affirmative sound, though the flicker in her eyes revealed that she was lying.

Queen Medusa did not look at Die. Seeing that Chen Mo remained calm as he spoke, she did not suspect him. His explanation made sense.

"How are your injuries now?" Queen Medusa asked casually.

"Thanks to Your Majesty's medicinal herbs, the wounds have already closed. I believe I will recover in a few days," Chen Mo said.

"That is good. If you need anything later, come directly to This Queen. This Queen will consider it as appropriate."

"Yes." Chen Mo nodded.

After speaking, Queen Medusa shifted her gaze to Die. Her voice was gentler than when she spoke to Chen Mo. "Didn't I say you needed my permission before coming to see him? Why did you come on your own?"

"Didn't I see that you weren't around, Sister? So..." Die said playfully.

"Three minutes, really no less!" Chen Mo cut Queen Medusa off.
