"Director Tai, didn't you say you admired my acting?" Xue Han asked, unwilling to accept it.
"Of course I had to say something polite in public, but there's no one else here now, so there's no need to pretend," Taita said earnestly.

Xue Han's mood instantly improved. Especially once he saw Gu Luoxi, he discreetly looked her over a little longer. She really did have some looks, just as he remembered from her days as his goddess.
He had to admit, Gu Luoxi's type was also among those he would consider.
