Gamabunta's massive body, like a small mountain, cast a vast shadow.
It lowered its head, its enormous yellow eyes sweeping over the three ant-sized figures on the ground.
Smoke rings drifted slowly from its pipe and dispersed into the air.
"Hmm?"
Gamabunta's gaze paused on Jiraiya.
"Jiraiya?"
"Were you the one who summoned me?"
"Long time no see. What have you been up to lately? Peeping on women's baths again?"
Jiraiya's face twitched.
"Bunta, it's been a while."
"But I wasn't the one who summoned you this time."
"Not you?"
A humanlike look of confusion appeared on Gamabunta's face.
"Don't tell me it was this brat?"
Gamabunta's tone brimmed with contempt.
"What kind of joke is that?"
"A runt whose fur hasn't even grown in yet wants to summon me?"
"Does he even have enough Chakra to fill the gaps between my teeth?"
Naruto was choked speechless by the sudden disdain.
He craned his neck up and pointed at Gamabunta indignantly.
"Hey! You giant toad!"
"I was the one who summoned you!"
"My name is Naruto Uzumaki! Remember it!"
"Hah?"
Gamabunta looked as though he had heard the funniest joke in the world.
"Brat, you can eat whatever you want, but watch what you say!"
"If you want to be my master, you're a hundred years too early!"
"Don't think signing a contract gives you the right to order me around."
It did not believe him at all.
How could a brat this small possibly possess the immense Chakra needed to summon a creature of its caliber?
Naruto's face flushed red with anger as he jumped around.
"I'm telling the truth!"
"I summoned you!"
"You stinking toad, why won't you believe me?!"
"Stinking toad?"
Gamabunta's eyes narrowed dangerously.
An immense pressure radiated from its body and bore down on Naruto.
