Even if his Rainbow Grass had tremendous potential, surely it couldn't assimilate someone like that so easily at its current stage?
Unless...
"Could it be because of the fragment of the God of Light's Divine Kingdom?"
He suspected that the fragment of the God of Light's Divine Kingdom had made Deimos sense something, causing this situation.
If that really was the case, then it was quite a coincidence-and a timely one.
He glanced at Divine Envoy Deimos's dream assimilation progress. It was still below twenty.
Five years, all those people living inside the dream, and the music of the gopherwood harp combined had brought it to less than twenty.
He had to admit he was being a little impatient, but if he could finish sooner, he certainly wanted to.
After thinking it over, he told the gray shark beside him, "Tower Spirit, monitor this for me. See if you can observe Divine Envoy Deimos's dream."
"Certainly." The Tower Spirit immediately began connecting its mana. Being ordered around felt far better than sitting alone in the Mage Tower.
It all but hummed a little tune as it got to work.
"Deploying the dream observation array. Opening Divine Envoy Deimos's dream..."
As the surrounding mana flickered, a somewhat blurry screen of light silently unfolded, displaying Divine Envoy Deimos's dream.
Clearly, even while Kroya had irresponsibly slept the past five years away, the Tower Spirit had dutifully continued carrying out his order to "reform" Divine Envoy Deimos.
Peering into Deimos's dream had never been this easy before.

After praising the Tower Spirit, Kroya turned toward the screen, his expression becoming rather
