It was simple: Earth and Stone Shaping.

This was a level two spell, and its function was essentially to use mana to shape stone or soil into whatever form the caster wanted.

It was generally used for carving or shaping the foundations of large magic arrays. With enough mental power and mana, one could make just about anything.

It was also a prerequisite for many specialized spells, such as the more advanced Fortification Spell, Earth Shaping, Titan's Hammer, and so on.

Of course, Earth and Stone Shaping was the only one Kroya had learned so far. He would have to buy the later spells or obtain them from the Mage Association.

Since this Crystal Turtle wanted a wife, it could simply make one itself. That would spare Kroya some trouble-he certainly had no desire to sculpt a wife for a turtle.

The whole idea just felt strange.

"I understand. I'll help you think of a way, but you'll have to prove your worth first."
