Kagami said nothing. He was pondering a question: was he really going to destroy the Hundred-Clan Shinobi Nation? The shinobi and civilians there lived happy lives. Was he going to shatter all of that? He could not help asking himself.

"Raikage, we know about the money you owe Uchiha Mu. If you keep fighting, you'll only owe more," Hiruzen shouted as he fought.
"So what do you want to discuss? Will you pay for us?" The Raikage did not stop attacking.
"Do you think your three shinobi villages can win by joining forces? Our Lord Hokage hasn't even needed to intervene against you so far. If we talk now, there's still a chance. Wait any longer, and Kumogakure may well become history." Hiruzen blocked a punch with the Golden
