After finishing his work, Koichi went to Gentildonna's stable.
Gentildonna had resumed training recently, but they naturally did not dare increase the intensity too much. They could only rely on light training to help her regain her former condition.

He had not expected Jockey Sasaki to carry something like this around. It was probably mainly to help him get along with Golden Masterpiece.
In his view, Koichi must have brought these to visit Golden Masterpiece, who trained at the same training center and was notorious for having a bad temper.
He had never imagined that carrots could actually tame Golden Masterpiece.

Gentildonna moved her lips, then ate the carrot sticks Koichi offered.
