Naruto resurrected Shinshiki to take his Amaterasu, and Obito helped sever the eye’s bond so Naruto could absorb it. After killing Shinshiki, Naruto prepared to set out for God Valley.

• Shinshiki reappeared at Fallen God Slope and attacked Naruto, but Naruto easily blocked his techniques and knocked out his Tenseigan.
• Shinshiki realized Naruto had awakened the Hanging Root King's dōjutsu, Culling Game, and accused him of resurrecting him to humiliate him.
• Naruto revealed that he wanted Shinshiki's Amaterasu, and Obito severed the causal bond tying the ability to Shinshiki's divine soul.
• Naruto used Takami-Musubi: Eye Seizure to absorb Amaterasu into his forehead eye, while Obito also severed the bonds of Shinshiki's Tenseigan.
• Naruto declined to take the Tenseigan, then used Amaterasu to burn Shinshiki and feed his divine power to the God Tree.
• Naruto announced that it was time to set out for God Valley.

The Ten Great Shinobi and Kaguya gathered to meet Ōtsutsuki Ryūshiki, whose past kindness and sacrifice had shaped their lives. In Naruto’s inner world, Ryūshiki greeted them and began explaining the powerful figures awaiting them at God Valley.

• Naruto told the gathered shinobi that Ryūshiki wanted to meet with them before they set off.
• Kaguya reflected on her complicated bond with Ryūshiki and grieved that he had sacrificed himself to change the Ōtsutsuki Clan’s fate.
• Light transported everyone’s spiritual forms into Naruto’s inner world, now a fertile landscape beneath a vast tree.
• Ōtsutsuki Ryūshiki introduced himself as Takamagahara’s greatest rebel and said he would explain what they needed to know about God Valley and its powerful attendees.
