Naruto needed Kaguya to be resurrected, so Black Zetsu had to be freed.
But how to free him, and who would do it, posed a problem.
No one was better suited to the mission than A-Juan.
Because... she was a product of the Demonic Statue's essence. Both her identity and her motives could serve as cover, making Black Zetsu unlikely to suspect her.
To free Black Zetsu, she needed to shatter that Planetary Devastation sphere.
"Heh heh..." A-Juan turned around, planted both hands on the ground, and stuck her rear up toward the sky!
She was an even more unusual product of the Demonic Statue than Tobi. The chakra of the tailed beasts resided within her. Though she looked like a female White Zetsu, she was essentially a small, humanoid Ten-Tails!
