First Meeting with Professor X

Lox lightly rubbed the bridge of his nose, trying to sort out the current situation.

He searched desperately through the sea of his memories and finally found the rough plot of the X-Men series.

"In the X-Men setting, Earth had certain special beings called mutants. Their powers came from mutations in the X-gene, allowing them to wield all sorts of unimaginable abilities."

Though Lox was shocked, he quickly accepted reality.

These things might have seemed absurd, but compared to the monsters and horrors he had seen in the Warhammer universe, they were still within the bounds of comprehension.

"Frankly, Psykers can accomplish all of those things as well. The Thousand Sons Legion once possessed five major disciplines: the Corvidae specialized in telepathy and mind control; the Athanaeans excelled at foreseeing the future and precognitive prophecy;

the Pavoni pursued free control over the body; the Pyrae advocated manipulating fire and energy; the Raptora focused mainly on telekinesis, drawing immense kinetic force from the Warp to tear apart enemies or defend themselves."

"However, they were said to have had a sixth discipline: the Chtonian, capable of summoning and controlling daemons. But it was deemed too heretical and was erased by their primarch, Magnus, while its members were expelled from the Legion."

As memories of the mutants' unusual abilities gradually returned to him, Lox's heart grew feverishly excited.

"Let's set aside why an X-Men universe appeared here. The existence of the multiverse has now been proven. With enough worlds, there must surely be one similar to what I remember."
