At noon on July 2, Mulan had just returned to his office in the Magic Department at Black Castle after finishing his morning classes when several staff members from the Clerical Script Editorial Department and a few students working there hurried over.
"Professor Jonester, we've finally received an outside submission, and it's a very special one. It has protective spells attached, and the content is incredibly substantial."
"Really? Let me see."
The excited group quickly placed the box containing the manuscript on Mulan's desk and opened it, revealing a thick stack of documents.
It finally arrived!
Mulan sighed inwardly and reached out to pick up the manuscript. The first thing he saw was a title that did not state its subject outright, but would certainly attract attention in the supernatural world.

Mulan read the title aloud, then studied the article closely. Reading about something he had personally participated in from this perspective was fascinating. He read very carefully, even returning to earlier sections to verify things after reading further.
