Stelly, who had been taken in as Sabo's replacement, sat gracelessly on the bed, stupidity practically radiating from him. The fool apparently had no idea what consequences awaited him for saying those words...
Sabo had already lunged at him. Years of training had made his hands rough, but stronger, too. He clamped a hand around Stelly's throat and pinned him hard against the bed, sinking his already small head into the mattress.

Clearly, the idiot still hadn't grasped how serious the situation was. He kept provoking Sabo, even with Sabo's hand wrapped around his neck...
But Sabo had no interest in taking his miserable little life. He had something more important to worry about.

"Did you know the World Government's inspection delegation is touring the East Blue? They'll be coming to the Goa Kingdom in three days."
"The Celestial Dragons, the world nobles, are aboard the ship coming this time, too, so it's a big deal. To please them, the Royal Family decided to burn away every stain on this country in one go!"
