Borsalino stood with one foot on Arlong's chest, speaking in an infuriatingly amused voice.

Arlong was crazed-or perhaps simply obsessed. Even pinned down by Kizaru, who was far stronger than he was, he could still roar those words.
But Kizaru remained unmoved and continued in that flippant, teasing tone.

There was a trace of contempt mixed into his amusement, driving Arlong even further into a frenzy. Tears welled in his eyes as he shouted.
"That's right! Fisher Tiger is dead! You inferior humans killed him!"
"Oh! Really? He died?"
Kizaru continued speaking flippantly, as though this were something too trivial to stir even the slightest emotion in him.
"But you'll still have to come with me."
Ignoring Fisher Tiger's death, Borsalino returned to the previous subject and pressed a finger against the center of Arlong's forehead as he spoke.
