A tremendous explosion erupted behind the royal palace, from what had once been Alanna's bedchamber.
Everyone present paled. Without a second thought, the Third Prince unleashed a formidable aura and shot into the sky, heading straight toward the explosion.
The Seventh Prince's expression also changed dramatically, and he ordered the people beside him to take him toward the explosion.
Something occurred to Deep Affection, and he too led his people toward the explosion.
A Du followed with a grim expression.
When everyone reached the site of the explosion, they found a thoroughly bewildered player, Deer Person A.
He stared blankly at the people surrounding him, utterly confused.
He stammered,
"Uh... would you believe me if I said this explosion had nothing to do with me?"
Then the player Deer Person A logged off very peacefully.
An unassuming book lay quietly among the ruins left by the explosion.
This was the Breathing Technique Alanna had created. Plain though it was, the old book drew everyone's eyes away from the jewels and other valuables scattered around it.
