No one objected to the Qualification War on Kashi Star. After all, civilizations joined the Star Sea Alliance all the time. The assembly merely read out the announcement as a formality.
The Star Sea Alliance Conference soon came to an end.
The ambassadors of most civilizations seemed dispirited. The Star Sea Alliance Conference was a contest between the powerful, while weak civilizations made up the majority of the Star Sea.
Indeed, for them, the real business began only after the Star Sea Alliance Conference ended. Exchanges between weaker civilizations, forming blocs, trading resources, and the like were the main events.
Jane was satisfied too. Infiltrator 0-8 had completed its seeding plan, and now its seeds were present in every civilization throughout the Star Sea.
If not for insufficient computing power, Infiltrator 0-8 could have infiltrated the entire Star Sea in an instant.
Still, that hardly mattered. As long as the seeds remained, once the Legion's infrastructure caught up and its computing power reached the required level, Infiltrator 0-8 could use those planted seeds to carry out another complete infiltration.
Moreover, after the assembly ended, Ralph had sent Jane an email.
Although Jane already knew the email's contents through Infiltrator 0-8, Jane was still rather pleased.
Meanwhile, inside the Star Sea Alliance Conference hall...
The projections of the Six Giants, which had faded earlier, lit up again. This time, however, only the Six Giants remained in the hall. The other civilizations were gone.
Fabian's projection was still leaning back in his chair, smoking a cigar as he said,
"Well? What do you want? Territory? Or resources?"
After speaking, Fabian exhaled a mouthful of smoke and continued,
"Of course! We Balchik People aren't going to hand any of it over. If you want it, we'll have to fight a real battle first."
