This was Joey's third time using a Meme Weapon. The last time had been over a thousand years ago, when Joey was still Brigadier General Joey. During the war against the Pan Chabuko Alliance, Jay had used one once. After that, Joey had been transferred deep into the rear and had never used a Meme Weapon again.
