The spotless furnishings woven from bamboo strips suggested that the owner of the Bamboo House was rather particular, too.
Cheng Yu opened the door. A bamboo grove greeted him, with a winding path stretching through it.
The dense bamboo screened out the sky, and scattered sunlight filtered through the gaps to fall upon the little bamboo house.
Cheng Yu could not help remarking,
"The owner of this bamboo house really has an eye for detail."
With that, Cheng Yu finally headed toward the backyard of the Bamboo House.
He still remembered the God of Amusement saying that the first person he was to play was right there in the backyard of the Bamboo House.
But when Cheng Yu reached the backyard, he found another dense stretch of bamboo. After searching carefully, he discovered a winding path leading into its secluded depths and promptly took it. As he walked, he asked System,

Cheng Yu was happy to take it easy, but his expression soured again when he remembered the God of Amusement's assignment. In the end, he could only console himself,
"At least the god paid me, right..."
Before long, Cheng Yu emerged from the bamboo grove and found a lake. The sun stood directly overhead, but perhaps because of the atmosphere here, he did not feel hot at all. Instead, as the breeze stirred, the faint coolness it carried across the lake felt surprisingly pleasant.
The lake was not large. It was roughly circular, about a hundred meters
