Then a fluctuation came from another direction in the Chaos Sea.
"What's wrong, Noel?"
Noel replied on the same frequency.
"Nothing, Travers. One of my thoughts vanished. Perhaps it encountered a little fellow who had grown stronger."
Another fluctuation came through.
"As long as you're all right..."
Noel was somewhat puzzled.
"Is something wrong? You seem a little nervous."
After a moment of silence, Travers's fluctuations came through.
"Not long ago, His Highness Tobias conveyed His Majesty's will. Some strange changes appeared deep within the Chaos Sea recently, but nothing was discovered."
Rather than focusing on the changes deep within the Chaos Sea, Noel conveyed surprise to Travers.
"His Majesty has already developed a rudimentary will?"
Travers replied.
"Yes. Just 'recently,' His Highness Tobias detected activity in His Majesty's consciousness."
Noel remained silent, only replying to Travers after a short while.
"All right, I understand."
