Yog-Sothoth used Cheng Yu to derail Lin Mo’s rise, recover a system fragment, and leave their first world behind. In the Keynes World, Cheng Yu began building the RXT Destroyer’s forces to find the next fragment holder and challenge the world.

• Yog-Sothoth recruited Cheng Yu, gave him a system and the world’s script, and tasked him with thwarting Lin Mo while recovering authority fragments.
• Cheng Yu used the script and his new abilities to disrupt Lin Mo’s plans, turn Le Shuya against him, and help her uncover Lin Mo’s role in her parents’ deaths.
• Cheng Yu stopped Elder Bai from attacking him and later helped bring down Wang Long and Flower Snake, while Lin Mo married Le Shuya and took over Wang Long’s businesses.
• As the World Consciousness gathered, Le Shuya and Cheng Yu gave the police evidence against Lin Mo, and Lin Mo fled to East Wharf before officers shot him dead.
• Yog and Miss Puppet took Lin Mo’s system fragment, and Cheng Yu left the world with them after transferring his assets to Lin Mo’s son.
• In the Keynes World, Yog explained that the fragment’s holder might emerge if Cheng Yu turned the world upside down, and warned that killing the holder would provoke the world’s consciousness.
• Miss Puppet revealed her connection to the RXT Destroyer and gave Cheng Yu access to its technologies, and Cheng Yu deployed a Steel Main City, factories, and growing forces in the Monster Forest.

Cheng Yu’s Scourge conquered the Monster Forest and Northern Borderlands, then defeated the Deep Sea Empire’s invasions and forced its king to withdraw. As Steel Main City rose into the sky, the continent’s leading powers began watching Cheng Yu and preparing for what came next.

• Cheng Yu defeated the Monster Forest’s lords and the Beast Lord, then expanded his army and conquered the northern territories, exterminating the Lizardmen and accepting Roar Zell’s beastmen as subjects.
• Cheng Yu founded the Scourge, refused the Deep Sea Empire passage through the Northern Borderlands, and destroyed its first invading army.
• Yog returned from the Abyss with a little black dog and told Cheng Yu he had found an interesting enemy for him.
• Cheng Yu and Kadrian Blackforest formed an alliance, but the Merfolk King led a vastly larger force against the Northern Borderlands.
• After days of fighting and heavy losses, Cheng Yu used Shuttle Fighters to destroy Donny’s forces and persuaded the Merfolk King to withdraw.
• Kadrian sent troops toward the Monster Forest after seeing footage of Cheng Yu’s power, then recalled them once the Deep Sea Empire had been defeated.
• Yog warned Cheng Yu that he was becoming the world’s enemy and promised him a chance to open the Door of Ultimate Extremity as Steel Main City rose into the sky.
• Karen VI, the Xipu Federation, the Abyssal Pope, the Orcs, and the Elves all responded to the growing conflict as Cheng Yu slept, unaware that the continent’s leading powers had begun taking notice of him.

Cheng Yu conquered Twilight Fortress and expanded his campaign across the continent, building the Iron Throne and defeating the coalition’s strongest champions. As the Abyssal Pope opened gates to the Abyss, Cheng Yu deployed new machine series to fight the demons, but the war pushed his forces toward their limit.

• Cheng Yu’s army broke through Twilight Fortress’s defenses, while Kadrian’s alliance gathered against him and Help’s Time Dragon devastated his forces before Cheng Yu repelled them.
• Cheng Yu earned The Invincible achievement, built the Gold One-Star Iron Throne, and used it to defeat Kadrian and capture the Kurland United Kingdom.
• Cheng Yu expanded his rule and attacked the continent’s empires, while the Abyssal Pope’s mutated monsters emerged from the sea and Cheng Yu destroyed the Naga capital and its rulers.
• The Abyssal Pope and Lanchi Lubel sacrificed the people of the Jebel Theocracy to open gates to the Abyss, prompting Cheng Yu to unlock the Enabler and Annihilator series.
• As demons advanced toward the Xipu Federation, Cheng Yu committed hundreds of millions of troops to the war, while Mary urged the Thirteen Seats to surrender.
• Enabler units reversed demonic land corruption and fought the demons, while Annihilator units wounded an Afterimage Demon and defeated a Two-Headed Demon at great steel cost.

After ending the Calamity War, Cheng Yu learned that the Abyssal Will would threaten Keynes World and helped its people escape into a virtual realm. In San Lorenzo World, he prepared to destroy the Evil God’s avatar while confronting specters and becoming entangled with Wan Zhuo’s plans.

• Cheng Yu’s forces defeated Godard, destroyed the remaining Abyssal Gates, ended the Calamity War, and recovered an authority fragment from the Jebel Theocracy’s capital.
• Yog warned Cheng Yu that the Abyssal Will would come for him, so Cheng Yu arranged to preserve the world’s people in a virtual realm and transform Keynes into a planetary fortress.
• Yog sent Cheng Yu to San Lorenzo World, where Cheng Yu began meditating and developing abilities while living with Lü Youying under an ordinary identity.
• As the Specter Tide began, Cheng Yu devoured a little girl’s eerie entity and promised her a new life, then took Luo Xia under his protection and gave him an Annihilator mech.
• Cheng Yu and Luo Xia helped a humming female ghost say farewell to the man she loved, while Yog placed her soul in a fairy-tale world with a different ending.
• Cheng Yu reached Bronze, survived an attack by his self-aware hair, and later fought a Tree Demon while Wan Zhuo gained water-manipulating powers from a deep-blue scale.
• Cheng Yu traced the Tree Demon’s orders to the Weird Tales Enthusiasts’ Club, while the Veiled Lady took notice of two promising Ghost-Tamers in Sea City.
• Wu Juyan read a mysterious manuscript in Yog’s vanishing bookshop, and Wan Zhuo tried to turn Yan Rou against Luo Xia before freezing Luo Xia as he called for his mech.
