Rich quietly stopped the video. The information sent back by this squad of Holy Light Clerics was the most complete, clearly demonstrating the orcs' strength. Compared with the other Holy Light Cleric Squads, they had undoubtedly been fortunate. Though their enemies had been powerful, they had not encountered a full regular orc unit. Without an enemy strong enough to push them beyond their limits, they were virtually unbeatable. This was what set Holy Light Clerics apart from other powerful fighters.
Individually, a Holy Light Cleric was neither better nor worse than other fighters of comparable strength. But with all their classes present and working together, the clerics became incredibly difficult to deal with for any enemy unable to overwhelm them outright.
"Your Majesty, this is what we know about the enemy. It is time for the kingdom to declare all-out war," Rich said quietly.
Yet Llane and Lothar felt a chill run through them. They had seen the orcs' bloodshed and brutality with their own eyes. These were not enemies the Stormwind Kingdom could face alone.
Still, the thought that the Holy Church would send reinforcements in a few days eased their despair. After all, the video had clearly shown just how difficult the Holy Light Clerics were to fight. Remembering the orc leader's furious roar, Llane once again felt grateful that he had not fallen out with the Holy Church. Otherwise, the kingdom would have faced not only the orcs' attacks, but an enemy even more terrifying than the orcs.
Llane's expression relaxed slightly. "Good! I will summon the cabinet at once and put the kingdom on a war footing."
