In a hidden bunker in Lordaeron, Arthas slumped dejectedly on his throne. He could not believe that his undead army had been all but wiped out in such a short time.
It left him deeply doubtful of the Lich King's power. Wasn't he supposed to change the world? Was this his so-called change-letting someone else do the changing?

"Hahaha! We've lost in Azeroth, but beyond Azeroth, that's another matter."
A flicker of confusion crossed Arthas's eyes. "What do you mean?"
"You know of the Burning Legion, don't you?"
