Across from him, River's eyes were fierce. Crimson mist churned around his body as he abruptly raised his right foot.
Lightning flashed, and their attacks collided with brutal force.

A tremendous blast rang out. The ice beneath their feet shattered inch by inch as terrifying force erupted in every direction. At that moment, all the ice within a thousand meters cracked apart.

Fine currents of electricity filled the gap between them, turning everything into a haze of chaos.
Conqueror's Haki coiled around both their bodies, unleashing an indescribably terrifying presence.

River held his raised right foot against the spiked club and its immense force, stopping it from advancing another inch.
Several breaths later, both men were sent flying backward.

Yet his speed did not falter. He charged toward River in great strides, his spiked club shuddering in his hand. Its iron head abruptly changed as Conqueror's Haki coating enveloped it.

River uttered those words across from him. The ice beneath his feet exploded, and his speed surged to another level as he became a streak of crimson light.
Then both men leaped high into the air.
Kaido raised his spiked club and swung it down at River.
River's right hand shook, unleashing a tiger-shaped shockwave that roared incessantly.
