Dio had been having a blast fighting and was about to load a fresh magazine into his Shoota when Cheng Mingrui picked him up. The height difference between the two Orks was enormous, and Dio, who had been so ferocious a moment ago, instantly shrank back.
"When we were fighting the C'tan Shard, you said you'd linked a whole lot of power sources together. Then you teleported tens of millions of Orks into the Dimensional Prison. How did you do it?"
Faced with Boss Slick's question, Dio didn't dare waste time. "Hooking power sources up in parallel is pretty easy. Just connect our reactors to the skeletons' ones. I used a compound parallel setup to adjust for the different energy flows from different equipment, so the power sources worked together instead of fighting each other."
"Teleporting the boys was even easier. All the boys got excited when they heard there was a fight, so a Mekboy suggested using the giant Krakka Teleporters they'd built last time to send everyone in. A Waaagh! needs lots of boys to really be a Waaagh!, right?"
"So we built loads of Krakka Teleporters outside. Once we'd blasted through the black eggshell, we hooked the power up to the teleporters and sent the boys in batch after batch."
With a smack, Cheng Mingrui slapped Dio on the head, leaving him utterly bewildered.
"Good lad! Just like I figured. Plenty of power sources and large-scale spatial interference equipment! That's all the hardware we need!"
"Kidd, get over here!" Without explaining anything to Dio, Cheng Mingrui called Kidd over as well.
Facing the two most talented Mekboys under his command, Cheng Mingrui said earnestly, "I've got a plan! I'll need you two working together on this. Whoever does the best job gets to be a Big Mek."
