The sheer number of massive Zzap Guns genuinely stunned Cheng Mingrui. The boyz had worked incredibly hard to break through the dimensional barrier and join his Waaagh!
An idea flashed through Cheng Mingrui's mind. Among all the Zzap Guns, he noticed that the largest, most unusual one seemed a little odd.
He teleported over to that Zzap Gun. From the outside, it was unmistakably Ork craftsmanship. But the black metal and dark green glow inside suggested that some Necron technology had been incorporated into it.
"You've got a good eye, Boss Slick! This is the gun that blasted open the black eggshell. It's another one of my genius designs! A genius Mekboy like me is the best choice for the tribe's Big Mek. Here's how I came up with it..."
Dio teleported over after him. He wanted to show off in front of Boss Slick and earn himself some extra points.
Cheng Mingrui stopped listening and laid his hand on the Zzap Gun's surface.
Time seemed to stop. Vast amounts of mechanical knowledge and theoretical logic, including the Zzap Gun's blueprints and 3D models, swept across every inch of the gun's surface and poured into Cheng Mingrui's brain through his fingers.
Dio's design had played a part, but it had not been the deciding factor. The reason this Zzap Gun was so powerful was that it had originally been a Necron weapon designed to fight the C'tan.
It had been installed in the dimensional prison to prevent the C'tan from escaping. Somehow, through a strange stroke of luck, Dio had found it and combined it with his own Zzap Gun.
In the end, during the battle against the Void Dragon, it had blasted open the dimensional prison and struck the Void Dragon in the head, hastening his collapse.
