After another brief discussion, the campaign plan was finalized. Pex would launch a week-long counteroffensive to draw the attention of the nearby Orks.
On the right flank, Commissar Kester planned to lead three million Astra Militarum troops in a lightning advance on Pioneer City, which had already become a ruin and a paradise for the Greenskins.
The plan was to clear out the Orks around Pioneer City within a month, establish fortifications, and bring the nearby mineral deposits back under human control.
This battle plan had one major danger: the Greenskin Corridor.

For humans, these rivers were terrifying. Anyone who dared approach would soon be swallowed by an endless tide of Orks.
"Governor Cornwall, good news. Ork Warlord Ghazghkull has most likely been eliminated by Commander Pex. This is the perfect time to counterattack." Commissar Kester's smile was as bright as sunshine.
Cornwall returned a similar smile. "That truly is wonderful news. How do you intend to counterattack, Commissar?"
"Commander Pex and I have just agreed on a plan, but the Astra Militarum alone is a little short on numbers."
"So I need support from part of the Planetary Defense Force-the troops stationed at Capello. Five hundred thousand of them. They're the most experienced
