The Orks on the planet were still fighting the remnants of the Tyranid forces, while Cheng Mingrui's grand construction project in space was in full swing.
To better motivate the Boyz to build, Cheng Mingrui not only expanded on Dio's work-point system, but also cultivated a few cunning scabs.
As the clan grew, the Ork tribes became more orderly. Some clever, cunning Orks emerged who could focus more on the work at hand instead of obsessing over fighting.
Cheng Mingrui gathered a group of these Boyz and stood before them to deliver a lecture.

At that, Cheng Mingrui took a couple of steps over to a window. Through the viewport, he could see a Gargant under construction outside, carrying an enormous sign on its back.
"That sign is the work-point board. The points on it get updated every day. The Gargant will fly around Sneaky Boss's Ship so every working Boy can see the scores."
