Countless Tyranids crossed the sea, besieging the largest landmass, the Central Continent, from every direction.

Every battlefield on the continent resembled an amphibious landing. The Greenskins used barbed wire, trenches, and bunkers to stop every Tyranid crawling out of the sea, cutting them down on the beachheads with crossfire.

But the swarm consciousness controlling this system seemed intent on establishing a Forward Base on a beachhead in the continent's south. It concentrated more warrior bugs there.

Countless Hormagaunts and Termagants mutated for underwater movement advanced in an unbroken stream, those behind trampling over the corpses ahead, as though they would not stop until they broke through the Orks' defensive line.

Several enormous Tyranid war beasts also rose from the sea: Hive Guard adept at absorbing damage, Tyranid Haruspex skilled at breaking defensive formations, and support beasts carrying gigantic Acid Cannons.

Two Acid Cannon shots struck the Ork bunkers on the beach with precision. The Hive Guard charged at the front, absorbing a torrent of Shoota fire, and only fell after taking several Heavy Meltagun shots.

A Tyranid Haruspex accelerated into a charge, smashing open a section of the Ork defensive line with its enormous body before overturning an Ork gun emplacement with its claws. Behind it, masses of Hormagaunts and Termagants poured through the breach.

Behind the defensive line, the waiting Ork Choppa Boyz and Shoota Boyz charged forward with cries of "Waaagh!", blocking their advance.

The Tyranid Haruspex lifted its head and let out a terrifying screech, boosting the morale of the nearby lesser Tyranids as a Synapse Unit.
