It wasn't that Dio's approach of excessive exploitation was bad. If there really was no other option, it would still be a good solution.

Without a third proposal, Boss Slick would definitely have chosen Dio's plan.

The third proposal came from a technically minded Mekboy. He said that since Ork V had nothing left but rocks, they should use those rocks to build warships.

They would first make modules out of rock, then send them into orbit with the Krakka Teleporter. The orbital shipyard would fit them with engines and weapons, and an Ork Rok would be ready.

This proposal could solve most of their shipbuilding material problems, but they would still need other elements, materials, and metals to finish the job. At first, this had been the very first proposal rejected.

But Boss Slick, the king of ideas, had a solution.

"Dio, we won't be using your plan for now. I don't intend to destroy Ork V completely. We'll build ships out of rock. As for the materials, I've got an idea."

After picking out several talented Mekboys, Boss Slick took Dio up to the orbital shipyard.

Crooked Mouth was there, directing several hundred construction Gargants as they worked. The orbital shipyard was both a shipyard and a construction platform, so it was usually the first step in developing a planet.

For materials, they used Gargants that had been severely damaged in battle. After all, Orks could cobble together high-tech creations even from apparent scrap that hadn't been written off.

Places with the greatest concentrations of such scrap were the easiest places to find the materials they needed.

Boss Slick placed his hand on the orbital shipyard, which was already taking shape, and activated his ability. He quickly located the materials he needed and teleported them into his hands
