"Sneaky... Boss! It really is Sneaky Boss!" Luo Wen put down the screw he was tightening and ran over in delight. "I've got loads of designs, loads and loads! I reckon these designs of mine can make the Boyz stronger and hit harder."
It was Luo Wen's first time seeing Sneaky Boss in all his badass glory. With the boss he had long admired and wanted to follow standing before him, he could hardly contain his excitement.
He pulled out a stack of blueprints, including designs for Mega Boss, Kustom Kans, and towering Gorkanaut-class mechs.
Sneaky Boss had no interest in looking at them at first. He had come on serious business: repairing the Skull of Gork.
But after examining Luo Wen's blueprints for a while, he found quite a few worthwhile ideas. With Luo Wen's designs, some troop types could branch out into more specialized variants.
Sneaky Boss found himself taking an increasing liking to the tall, skinny Mekboy.
"I hear you built the Skull of Gork's teleportation engine?" Sneaky Boss asked casually.
"Uh, I didn't build it. I just came up with the idea. There were loads of technical problems after that, and Big Mek Kidd, a bunch of other Mekboys, and the Mekboy lads worked them out together," Luo Wen said, scratching his head.
Sneaky Boss nodded. Luo Wen had considerable social intelligence. He was less like an Ork and more like a Humie.
It was probably because the Screw Clan was growing ever larger, and order among the Greenskins was becoming increasingly firmly established.
His curiosity piqued, Sneaky Boss asked Luo Wen about the principles behind the engine's teleportation. Luo Wen answered well. Just as Kidd had said, he had real potential.
"Even though you lot missed the big battle at Octaria, your arrival still mattered.
