"": "Luo Bin surveyed the terrain around him again. This was indeed the foot of the mountain. Below lay a vast, seemingly endless expanse of dense forest. Floating Tortoise Mountain was so immense that, when he turned to look back at it, he could not see where either side ended.
After a short walk, they stopped in front of a single-story house. Its walls had no windows, and a padlock hung on the door. Huang Ying unlocked it and led Luo Bin inside.
The room was large. Part of it had been built, while the rest had been carved out of the mountainside.
Cabinets stood in neat rows, holding books, ornaments, wooden swords, talismans, and bronze mirrors. Luo Bin also spotted a Gong Hammer, a gong, a sword woven from copper coins, and funerary paper figures hanging from the cabinets.
Although Luo Bin did not recognize these things, he had seen some of them, more or less, carried by the people who used them.
Many people had indeed died amid the chaos on Floating Tortoise Mountain. Were the items collected here the belongings they had left behind?
Huang Ying led him over to one of the cabinets.
Three knife racks stood at the top, packed with knives.
The sheer variety of familiar designs immediately led Luo Bin to a conclusion: all these knives had belonged to Judicial Executors!
Judicial Executors belonged to one of the Lower Nine. Had so many of them actually died here? Could it have anything to do with his Luo Family?
