"Still not leaving?"
"Do you want me to break both your legs and drag you inside?"
"You might have a hard time surviving that," Shangguan Xingyue murmured.
His misery and despair reached their peak.
Hu Jin could only struggle forward.
The woods were close to the river.
As he reached the edge of the woods, Hu Jin still harbored a little hope.
They had escaped by a very unusual route.

Yet as he stepped into the woods, he seemed to hear Shangguan Xingyue murmur something. A hard shove struck his shoulder, as though something had stabbed into it!
The pain drew a muffled groan from Hu Jin.
He stumbled forward several steps.
When he raised his head again, his mind buzzed!
The leaves in the woods before him were so green they looked black.
The sky was so dark that almost no daylight remained. Only leaden clouds hung overhead, ready to fall at any moment.
"Ah!" Hu Jin screamed, breaking down.
He whipped his head around. Thick fog lay behind
