"Did I just see the Sect Master?"
Backstage, Lan Yue suddenly spoke up.
"Probably not. Father didn't say he was coming."
Whenever Yun Chong had something planned, he always told her beforehand, so Yun Xi figured he probably hadn't come.

Lan Yue immediately felt an overwhelming sense of security.
That was right. The Sect Master's own daughter was right here. What was there to fear?
And so, the little ones plucked up their courage again.
"Do I really have to go onstage too?" Yuan Shuo hugged the dress in his arms, looking utterly miserable.
"Of course you do. There are so few of us, Yuan Shuo. You're a key player!" Lan Yue tugged at the dress in his arms and declared with righteous conviction.
Before long, once the others' dance music ended, someone came in from outside to give them a reminder.
"Shuangshuang, you're almost up. Get changed first."
Elder Whitebrow actually didn't need to dress up at all, because according to Lan Yue's script, he started out as a plain farm girl.
"Will I really do like this?" Elder Whitebrow lacked confidence.
Could he really take first place looking like this?
