The three great Elf Legions did not dare advance too far either. Both sides tacitly left a buffer zone between them to avoid being caught off guard.
This was merely common sense, but it overlooked the power of Human Race technology.
The instant the energy barrier vanished, the satellites overhead swiftly moved forward.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!
Do not misunderstand-no rockets were being fired at the enemy. Several more satellites were launching, hurtling skyward with rocket propulsion.
The enemy watched the iron spheres continually rising in bewilderment. Soon, they could no longer make them out.
Some members of the Immortal Race hurriedly flew into the sky to observe them, only to discover that the spheres were too fast and flew too high to see at all.
This, too, depended on individual ability. The stronger they were, the higher they could fly.
With their current strength, the strongest members of the Immortal Race on Cross Planet could reach an altitude of 18,000 meters.
Ordinary members of the Immortal Race could only reach around 10,000 meters, already their limit.
The reconnaissance satellites developed with the Human Race's latest technology on Blue Star, however, could reach 50,000 meters. Their onboard fuel allowed them to hover for roughly three years, after which they had to be ordered back ahead of time to refuel.
Otherwise, they would fall and become heaps of scrap metal.
As the saying went, know yourself and your enemy, and you could win a hundred battles. Once the numerous satellites began operating, the entirety of Cross Planet held no secrets from the Human Race.
Inside the command vehicle, more than a dozen enormous screens displayed images from all over Cross.
Under the technicians' control, the images could be magnified until even the Elves' eyelashes were clearly visible.
Like the surveillance cameras of his previous life, they could activate motion tracking and recording functions. They were extremely useful.
Their most important function was providing precise coordinates for the Rocket Force, with a margin of error no greater than ten meters.

Neither side made a move for the moment. The Elf air force rode Hippogriffs into the sky to provide intelligence for the entire Elf Legion.
Hippogriffs were vicious flying creatures, summoned beings unique to the Elf Race.
The Elf Race needed the Tree of Life to survive. Born from the Tree of Life, they were nature's darlings and possessed intelligence from birth.
They could use magic according to their racial talents, making them natural-born mages and archers.
Their magic was unlocked through their racial technology tree and formed part of their racial inheritance.
For instance, Wind Elves excelled at wind magic. They had their own racial spellbooks and could comprehend magic beside the Tree of Life.
As for which types of magic they learned, that depended on individual ability.
The closer they were to the Tree of Life, the greater their chances of successfully comprehending magic.
Hippogriffs were ancient magical beasts whose bodies resembled both birds and stags. They were magical companions shared by the entire Elf Race.
They could run on land or carry riders into the sky. They were fast, powerful attackers and possessed a degree of intelligence.
Whether a Wind Elf, Water Elf, or Fire Elf, anyone pursuing summoning magic would summon a Hippogriff as their first companion.
Thus, all three great Elf races had their own air cavalry regiments.
And what was the Human Race army doing?
Despite all being elite Human Race troops, everyone still trembled the instant the energy barrier disappeared.
"Reporting to Commander Bai! Our intelligence department's analysis has identified four suspicious targets."
"One is jointly guarded by several powers, while the other three are each located at the heart of one of the three great powers."
"Satellite positioning has locked onto all four target areas. They are within our surveillance coverage."
"You may go." Bai Qi gazed fervently at the four spirit veins on the monitor, three small and one large. They were ladders to racial evolution and treasures that could extend lifespans.
No one could withstand the temptation of a longer life. Bai Qi suppressed the desire in his heart and began deploying his troops.
He had long since committed the information on the Elf Race and Immortal Race to memory. He knew exactly what types of troops the enemy possessed.
This was information bestowed upon them by Father God!
Bai Qi could not help sighing. "Father God loves the world. This information could not have been easy to obtain!"
A certain god: "I got it from watching matches and listening to gossip. I take no responsibility for its accuracy!"
With this information, overwhelming combat strength, satellite positioning, and Human Race technology, conquering an Immortal Race would not be difficult.
But these treasures had to be brought back intact!
The spirit veins, Immortal Pools, Immortal Race, the Elf Race's Trees of Life, and their treasures-all had to be brought back to Blue Star before the mission could be considered complete.
Suddenly, a thought struck him. Could the soil contain spiritual energy?
"Someone! Dig up a truckload of soil and send it back to Mr. Ying Si. See whether he can discover anything!"
The elders of the Immortal Race's three great sects were rather puzzled. Was this not an invasion?
What was the enemy doing over there?
Little did they know that Bai Qi was surveying the spirit veins containing their Immortal Race's greatest treasures. He had even set his sights on their birthplace-the Immortal Pools.
Just like that, three days passed.
The Immortal Sect.
"Hmph! What are they playing at? If they won't attack, can't we?"
"Those two worthless sects don't deserve to call themselves members of the Immortal Race. Cowards!"
"Pass down my command. The Wind Elves are to attack, seize the enemy's Star Gate, and hold it firmly."
"Once the Wind Elves' assault proceeds smoothly, the entire Immortal Sect will follow! Praise Father God! The spirit veins shall belong to our Immortal Sect!" Chao Zhu, the Immortal Sect's sect master, spoke coldly with a furrowed brow.
The three great sects had already fought over ownership of the spirit veins for nearly ten million years.
After their victory in the Star War, each believed its own faction had contributed the most and that the newly appeared spirit veins should belong to it, further intensifying the conflict.
Chao Zhu looked into the distance and thought, Heaven and Earth Sects, we will settle things through this war.
"As you command!" A member of the Immortal Race spread their wings and flew into the sky, heading straight toward the Elf Legion.
A little while later.
Having received their orders, the Wind Elf army slowly advanced toward the Human Race.
The disciples of the Heaven and Earth Sects immediately relayed the situation back to their sects and received fresh orders: "Hold your positions and observe developments."
Since someone wanted to take the lead, they would let the Immortal Sect test the enemy's strength.
On the surveillance screens, the enemy Elf Legion began moving, slowly advancing toward the Human Race's positions.
Watching the approaching enemy, Bai Qi issued his orders:
"Order the entire Dwarf army to advance and occupy the positions designated beforehand. Defend and counterattack, focusing on ultra-long-range strikes. Unleash full firepower and avoid close combat as much as possible. Draw the enemy's other two Elf Legions over to join them."
"Order our Human Race air force to stand by. Keep a close watch on developments at the front and be ready to provide fire support at any moment."
"As you command!"
The army of 300,000 Dwarves lumbered toward the enemy.
An army of ten thousand stretched beyond sight, let alone one of 300,000. On the satellite images, they crowded together like ants.
After advancing some distance, the Dwarf army reached terrain that was easy to defend and difficult to attack, then swiftly began establishing defensive positions.
Following General Bai Qi's instructions, large quantities of anti-aircraft weapons were deployed on the reverse slope.
In the distance, the densely packed Elves finally came into view.
"Cannon units, prepare! Use the special shells soaked in Resentment Potion!"
The Wind Elf army.
The Wind Elf King wore a golden crown and held a scepter, a golden cape fluttering behind him.
He sat gracefully on the back of a golden Hippogriff. This Hippogriff was noticeably larger and more powerful than the others, a companion unique to Elf royalty.
Looking at the distant Dwarf army, he felt rather helpless. Elves were peace-loving races. If they had a choice, they would not wish to become enemies with any race.
But there was no other way. His Homeworld had lost the war, Father God had been killed, and they had been reduced to wretched slaves.
Eventually, they had been purchased by the Immortal Race. Two other Elf peoples had suffered the same fate, and they were forbidden from contacting one another.
Their entire race numbered ten million, and all their elite warriors were here. Behind them lay their homes and their people.
They had a reason they could not refuse to fight. For their people, they would battle!
"Orders! Mages, buff the Black Panther Knights. Provide speed and agility enhancements."
"Mages, watch for enemy ranged attacks. Be ready to cast Wind Wall for defense at any moment!"
"Black Panther Knights, prepare to attack!"
"Pass the order! Once the Black Panther Knights attack, the Elf warriors will charge after them! Elf archers will follow closely behind and provide ranged fire support!"
"Pass the order! After the entire army advances, the Hippogriff Air Cavalry Regiment will launch. Provide support as needed according to the situation on the battlefield!"
"As you command!"
At the Elf King's orders, the Wind Elf mages began chanting spells, casting enhancement magic on the Black Panther Knights.
The massed knights were already waiting in position, soothing the restless black panthers beneath them. Each had a green bow slung over one shoulder, two quivers on their back, and a one-handed sword at their waist.
Once the mages' enhancements took effect, they felt their bodies lighten. They took the bows from their backs, holding a bow in one hand while gripping the reins with the other to control their black panthers.
The knight commander drew the Precious Sword at his waist, pointed it forward, and shouted:
"Charge!"
Toot, toot, toot...
"Kill!"
Fifty thousand Black Panther Knights began charging toward the enemy ahead, moving at tremendous speed under their magical enhancements.
Immediately afterward, the entire force of Elf warriors and Elf archers charged after them.
"Whew..." Dwarf King Sevi drew a deep breath. Watching the black panther cavalry sweeping toward them like a tide that blotted out the sky and earth, he immediately ordered:
"Cannon units, resentment catapult units, take aim..."
"Fire!"
