Kronos was currently the Insect Race's largest warship. Even Titan looked like a marble beside a basketball in comparison.
This enormous warship was assembled from hundreds of Shapeshifting Insects linked together by a giant Control Bug.
Not only could it function as a massive warship, but it could also separate into a fleet when necessary. As long as the Control Bug remained unharmed, other Shapeshifting Insects could replace the damaged sections.
Its firepower incorporated every long-range weapon the Insect Race possessed, with six each of the Ice Blue Dragon Cannon, Mirass Super Cannon, Insect Transformation Miras Cannon, and Dawnlight Barton mounted aboard.
Its defenses included every series of Bug Tower and 360,000 reinforced tentacles for close-range defense, along with six defensive barriers that almost no weapon could penetrate directly, three layers of insect-shell hard armor, dragon-scale hard armor, and a reinforced inner membrane.
Zhang Fan exclaimed in wonder, "Now that's a warship worthy of sailing the sea of stars."
"What about its propulsion system?"
Sophia immediately answered, "Because of its size, Kronos can currently only use the Spatial Teleportation System. It can't move during combat."
Zhang Fan nodded. Moving such a colossal thing was troublesome in itself, and there was really no need for it to travel short distances.
Zhang Fan was extremely satisfied with Kronos and immediately asked, "How long would it take us to build one? We could station one in every galaxy as a forward base."
Sophia shook her head. "I'm afraid that would be difficult. A Control Bug alone takes a hundred years to hatch. We've done everything we can to shorten their incubation period, but the resulting specimens are defective."
Sophia continued, "Besides, the resources needed to build it are enormous. It's impressive but impractical. I don't recommend hatching too many warships like this."
