As the current Transport Minister of the Kingdom of Bagnia, who had yet to leave office, Diu Ni Leimu saw Chris more often than other players did.
Diu Ni Leimu had little fondness for this NPC, who was nominally his immediate superior. At one point, he had even thought the NPC's characterization was far too melodramatic.
Whenever Diu Ni Leimu went to report to Chris, he always had to wait in line for a while. Sometimes that meant a few minutes; sometimes it meant three or four hours. It was incredibly frustrating.
Besides the unpredictable waits, whenever Diu Ni Leimu saw Chris, the latter often wore a troubled expression and kept sighing, as though something was always weighing on him.
Once or twice would have been fine, but after meeting Chris frequently and hearing his constant sighs, Diu Ni Leimu found his own mood suffering too.
So his impression of Chris had never been good.
Until now. Suddenly, Diu Ni Leimu understood this NPC's situation. He could even empathize deeply with him.

Looking at Street-Sweeper before him, Diu Ni Leimu sighed quietly.
"Street-Sweeper, are you sure the Minisians lost Grayrock Pass and Naxi Fortress?"
Street-Sweeper nodded his skull faceplate, which was covered in dried mud and unidentified stains. After riding for several hours and fighting Snake-Men for over an hour, he was exhausted too.
So exhausted that he could barely be bothered to speak.
"I recorded a video. Log out and take a look."
"Haah..."
Another long sigh, seemingly squeezed from the depths of his lungs, weighed heavily enough to crush the air.
