Online, viewers watched Ke Meng's videos over and over.
His latest cat video had attracted a great deal of attention.
While relaxing at home, Chen Momo noticed that a creator she followed had uploaded a new video and immediately clicked on it.
The video was titled "Turned into a cat today."
There were no spaces between every character. Ke Meng's video titles had returned to basics.
That sort of cheesy, goofy naming style was fine four or five times, but using it for every video would get old.
Ke Meng only occasionally used the spaced-out naming style. The rest of the time, he gave his videos normal titles.
"Turned into a cat? Did he turn into a cat?" Chen Momo murmured.
When she opened the video, she was greeted by Ke Meng's familiar introduction.
"Today, a friend gave me an early Pumpkin Festival present."
"To be honest, I don't celebrate the Pumpkin Festival, so I gave the present to my pet, Tangyuan."
With that, a yellow Pumpkin Mask appeared in Ke Meng's hand.
The viewers posting scrolling comments all turned into prophets:
"I knew it wasn't the uploader who turned into a cat."
"What about turning into a catgirl? I'd really love to see that."
Chen Momo blinked, quickly scanning every comment. The goofy viewers' twisted sense of humor... really was amusing.
"Aaah, you have so many friends! Could you introduce one to me? I've never even touched a Special Item."
"Bless me, Ke Meng! Let me get into Special University next year."
"Special University... I want to apply," Chen Momo muttered. She was currently in her second year of high school. She had already asked the people there and learned that she could only apply after graduating from her third year. With so many high school graduates across the
