Background

Sang Yin built a reputation over two years as The Arbiter, an assassin who targets only people she judges irredeemably evil. Her victims have included corrupt political figures, wealthy murderers who escaped punishment, and exploitative businessmen; she considers herself an agent of justice where the law fails.
