The Ordo Xenos Inquisitor took a deep breath, making sure he had heard correctly.
"Please don't underestimate the enemy. Your Chapter's strength is undeniable, but according to our intelligence, their mastery of sorcery is anything but ordinary..."
As Li Anjun would have put it, holding back laughter was hard.
Psyker power? That's exactly what I'm here to beat the shit out of.
"Yes, our transport craft are bringing back the spoils of war. I believe these sorcery-related items should be entrusted to the most qualified members of the Inquisition. I'm sure you qualify."
Then the Ordo Xenos Inquisitor was tossed into a warehouse packed with xenos psychic equipment.
Huh? Why toss the Inquisitor?

Still utterly bewildered, the Ordo Xenos Inquisitor was dragged and tugged onto the bridge by Li Anjun, who "invited" him to return to his Inquisition outpost.
One Inquisitor and a few aides, taking this many transport ships back? That wasn't safe. We'd escort you!
And "while we were at it," they could let us see whether their outpost had any intelligence we needed. Just a little would do.
The Inquisitor looked around. The Deathwatch warriors were furtively hiding the xenos weapons approved by the Ordo Xenos, while several Techmarines' heads poked out suspiciously from the side.
His temper flared.
"I need a detailed report of this battle, preferably with video footage. Also, although every warrior in this Deathwatch squad came from your Chapter, I would still like to remind you that glory and duty guide us. They remain part of the Deathwatch, and they still have duties to fulfill. (You can't have their xenos weapons!)"
"Of course. No problem."
Li Anjun couldn't care less about giving him a little more footage of a Terminator Librarian slaughtering everything
