They were no longer in the cold, dark physical universe, nor in the maddening chaos of the Warp.
Inside the Webway lay a tunnel of translucent wraithbone, winding and twisting like an intestinal tract. Multicolored mists flowed around it-the Warp energies sealed outside.

Standing on the bridge, Greyfax gazed out the window and had to admit that its grandeur was breathtaking.
