He struck the fungal carpet with pinpoint accuracy, like a cannonball fired from its barrel. The enormous impact made the carpet buck sharply upward!

The burly Nurgling, busy stuffing itself, felt a jolt beneath its bottom. It instantly lost its balance and bounced up like a ball, tracing a comical arc through the air before landing several meters away with a splat.

The fall left it dazed and seeing stars. For a moment, it had no idea what had happened.

Liu Zhipeng seized the opportunity, rolling over and landing neatly beside the largest piece of mushroom.

He did not keep it all for himself.

He turned toward the little Nurgling beside him, which was staring in amazement, and let out a friendly "Bo-glo."

"Hey, little guy, come share this!"

The little Nurgling froze, its enormous single eye filled with disbelief. It looked at Liu Zhipeng, then at the mushroom.

In the end, its craving for good food overcame its fear.

It gave a delighted cry and bounced over to Liu Zhipeng, then began nibbling at the delicious mushroom fragment.

Liu Zhipeng took a few token bites himself, then did something that stunned every Nurgling present.

Using his body, he broke the enormous mushroom fragment into several smaller portions, then pushed them toward the smaller Nurglings around him, who had only been able to watch hungrily before.

"There's enough for everyone! Come eat!"

His voice brimmed with generosity and friendliness.

The Nurglings exchanged looks. Their simple minds could not immediately grasp this act of "sharing." In their world, the strong kept all the good things for themselves.

But the food was immensely tempting. At last, one timid Nurgling edged forward and carried off a piece in its mouth. Then came a second, and a third...

Soon, all the Nurglings had gathered around, happily sharing this unexpected feast. As they ate, they cast grateful, admiring looks at Liu Zhipeng.

By then, the burly Nurgling that had been bounced away finally recovered its senses. Seeing its "spoils" being divided up, it flew into a rage.

"Mine!!!"

It let out an angry roar and charged over menacingly on its two barely functional little legs.

The peaceful atmosphere instantly turned tense. The little Nurglings huddled together in fright, not daring to make a sound.

Liu Zhipeng remained perfectly calm. He stood in front of all the Nurglings, facing the furious brute alone.

He knew the real test had arrived. He had won their gratitude; now he had to establish his authority.

He did not try to meet the charge head-on. He carefully watched his opponent's movements. The burly Nurgling's charge packed tremendous force, but it had a weakness... it went in a straight line, without a shred of technique.

Just as his opponent was about to collide with him, Liu Zhipeng twisted his body sideways at an unbelievable angle, nimbly evading the charge.

Unable to stop, the burly Nurgling plowed straight into the group eating mushrooms behind him, knocking a whole cluster over and setting off a confused chorus of "Bo-glo" cries.

"Idiot!"

Liu Zhipeng taunted it from the side.

The burly Nurgling grew even angrier. It scrambled up, shook its head, and charged again.

This time, Liu Zhipeng did not dodge.

He charged straight toward his opponent. But just before they collided, he abruptly ducked low and launched into a sliding tackle, slipping right beneath the burly Nurgling!

The smooth fungal carpet reduced the friction, letting him slide fast and far.

The burly Nurgling, meanwhile, charged too hard and lost its footing, falling flat on its face again.

"Bo-glo-glo-glo-glo!"

At the sight, the surrounding Nurglings could not help laughing. Their laughter was faint at first, but soon swelled into a sea of merriment.

In the Nurglings' world, being "ridiculous" was far more damaging than being "fierce." A powerful creature that made a fool of itself quickly lost its authority.

The burly Nurgling's face flushed crimson. It felt more humiliated than ever before. It charged Liu Zhipeng again and again, but each time, Liu Zhipeng toyed with it in some utterly outlandish way.

Sometimes Liu Zhipeng used the terrain; sometimes he relied on his more agile body. Sometimes he even scooped up a handful of sticky mud and threw it into his opponent's eye.

He was like an experienced matador, while the burly Nurgling was a stupid bull that knew only how to lower its head and charge.

After several rounds, the burly Nurgling was panting with exhaustion, covered in mud and spores, and looking utterly bedraggled. Liu Zhipeng remained calm and composed, even having enough energy left to direct the other Nurglings to finish the remaining mushrooms.

At last, the burly Nurgling gave up. With a mournful cry of frustration, it sat off to one side in dejection, no longer daring to approach. Against this nimble, cunning "fellow Nurgling," its brute strength was completely useless.

Liu Zhipeng had won.

He had not subdued his opponent through violence. Instead, he had earned every Nurgling's respect through intelligence and skill.

He went over to the smallest Nurgling, the one that had first invited him, and affectionately rubbed his body against it.

"What's your name?"

Overwhelmed by the attention, the little Nurgling stammered, "Bo... Boji."

"Good, Boji." Liu Zhipeng nodded. "From today on, you're my second-in-command."

Although the Nurglings did not understand the term "second-in-command," they could sense the solemn trust in Liu Zhipeng's words.

Then Liu Zhipeng cleared his throat and delivered his "gang founding declaration" to all the Nurglings present.

"Listen up, brothers! From today on, we're family! We're an organized, disciplined group! If there's good food, we all share it! If anyone dares bully us, we take them on together! We're going to be the happiest, most united Nurglings in the Garden of Nurgle!"

His words were simple and direct, yet powerfully rousing.

"Bo-glo-glo-glo-glo!!!"

All the Nurglings cheered. They crowded around Liu Zhipeng, bouncing up and down to show their excitement and support.

Liu Zhipeng, a soul from another world, had successfully recruited his first followers with a carefully planned "performance."

He gave his organization a resounding name-the "Nurgling Gang."

Of course, only he knew that name. As far as the other Nurglings understood, they simply had a clever, generous "big brother" who was also very good at fighting.

Their big brother's name was "Boss."

Boji had come up with the nickname in the heat of the moment, inspired by Liu Zhipeng's commanding air.

And so, in an unremarkable corner of Nurgle's Garden, the "Nurgling Gang" was officially founded, led by a soul from another world, with "Boss" at its head and "Boji" as his second-in-command.

Their first goal was... to taste everything in the Garden of Nurgle that looked like food.
